The IEP letter generator runs entirely in your browser. Information you enter — your child's name, school, diagnosis, and the details of your dispute — is never sent to our servers. It is used only to generate the letter on your screen and is not stored anywhere beyond your current browser session.
If you provide your email address to receive our free IEP Parent Rights Guide, that email is stored securely through our email service provider (Kit.com / ConvertKit) and used solely to send the guide and related educational emails about special education rights. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties.
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
We do not use tracking cookies of our own beyond what AdSense and standard web analytics require.
